I recently brought my car to Ziebart - Cicero for rust protection, undercoating, and diamond coating—and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Andrew was incredibly friendly, helpful, and communicative. I had perfect timing and they were able to take my car in the same day, which was a huge plus. What really stood out was Andrew’s call halfway through the process to give me an update. That kind of attention and transparency is rare and truly appreciated. Even better, I got my car back the same day—and it looked absolutely brand new! I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the work and the efficiency of the entire process. Highly recommend Ziebart if you’re looking to protect and enhance your vehicle. Great service, great results!

Outstanding job by Senior Product Consultant "Andrew Rusinko" and the staff at the Cicero location!!! Roberto also was a big help. My 2012 KIA SORENTO looks like a NEW VEHICLE after they applied the "Diamond Gloss" paint protection. All the scratches were gone, they installed plastic door cups to protect from ring scratches, the wheel rims look brand new, the paint feels super slick, and the best part is that I don't have to wax the vehicle ever again!!! I brought the vehicle in for the free annual undercoat cleaning, inspection and maintenance, they did a great job on that part as well. Everything was completed within one day and as promised. Totally satisfied customer. I highly recommend Ziebart in Cicero, NY. I also want to mention that I used the $100. Off coupon that Ziebart mailed to me for the Diamond Gloss Paint Protection. They offer a wide range of services and help with the pricing. The Best choice for your time and money.

Went in for my yearly re-apply of my undercoating. Sara explained to me some deals and specials that were going on currently. She was very thorough in explaining everything that each deal entailed. I went with a package that included protecting parts of my vehicle from extensive chip marks. It was probably more than I wanted to spend, however, since my vehicle was leased and I'm now buying it out, it was a good investment to prolong the life of my truck. (I even qualified for 18 months no interest to pay off, which helps my budget alot.) And a lifetime warranty too. I even gave them an extra day to tell them to do it right and not to rush the job order. When it was finished, for a truck that is 3 years old, it looked brand spanking new, inside and out! This is my third time I've been back to this location and I've never had any problem or issue. Again, Sara was excellent in explaining everything, and at no time did I fell "pressured" into buying anything. She laid everything out plain and simple and I went with what I wanted to do. I will continue to keep returning to this location. Thanks Ziebart for helping me to protect my truck!
